Peyroli,
a great terroir
for Chardonnay
Peyroli is located at high altitude, between 400 and 500 m, on an impressive slope. Cool temperature at night and clay-limestone soil combine to make Chardonnay grapes able to produce great wines. Ripening in Peyroli is slow and progressive, and there is no loss of acidity; eventually, wines are balanced and elegant, each year. Peyroli vineyard is a site of great beauty and the wine reflects this exceptional character. It shows both generous fruit and remarkable finesse from a great limestone terroir.
